    Will be heading out to a Polish restaurant this weekend and the owner is a native of Krakow, Poland and hand makes all of his menu offerings.  cheers

    One of his menu soups is a Barszcz Ukrainski/Ukrainian Borsch soup. What makes this different from regular Borsch soup?  Smile

    The Kaszanka z Cebulka sounds very good, maybe a few easy over eggs to go along with it. Cool

    This soup has many vegetables. The red color is because of "buryak"/beet presence.

    I have had regular Borsch soup and it is good. But was wondering what made Ukrainian Borsch soup different.
